De Ruijter Strategy was founded in 1989 with the aim of assisting people in organisations to face and prepare for the future. Complex situations in industry can arise for myriad reasons, for example, the introduction of new technologies into the market place, new legislation or organisational change. Such uncertainties can often confront organisations with difficult dilemmas and bring about conflicting views on the best way to move forward. At De Ruijter Strategy we have developed creative strategies to deal with these uncertainties. With our tools and methodologies it is possible to explore the future in a structured way, uncover new options for moving forward, bring unspoken hopes and fears out into the open and thus resolve these dilemmas.
De Ruijter works with a diverse, dedicated and inspiring team of people from different backgrounds, including experts in technology, entrepreneurship, finance, public policy, design and human behaviour. Each member of the team is an experienced workshop facilitator and skilful moderator. We regard scenario work, system thinking and creativity techniques amongst our most important strategies and apply them in processes where key stakeholders interact together.
